The
statement in the Title of this article is a common complaint that men
who have tried penis enlargements have stated. They have become
discouraged and a lot of them have even give up on the concept that
penis enlargements really works.
Most of these men have been led down a penis-enlargements path that is
filled with gimmicks, hype, and products that don't work. Having spent
years researching the subject, we can offer some advice that will help
men get on the right path to penis enlargement that actually works.
Here are some things that one should be leery of:
1) Fantastic Claims - Anyone who is promoting any sort of penis
enlargement system that guarantees incredible size increases in a short
time period is pulling your chain. "Gain 5 inches in a month!" -- Stay
away from any product that makes these unbelievable claims. If you've
had a 3-inch penis all of your life, it's doubtful that you can add 5
inches to it in a month.
2) Over-The-Counter Penis Pills - Unfortunately, these do not work. To
think that you can ingest some magic pill, have it broken down by your
stomach acid, then put into the bloodstream, then detoxified through
the liver, and then have it miraculously increase the size of your
penis while you sleep or watch television is ludicrous.
3) Penis Patches - These fall into the same category of Penis Pills.
Unfortunately, they don't work and research has shown this.
4) Magnets - The idea behind these is that because the blood is rich in
iron, this iron will be attracted to a magnet. When the magnet is
placed on the penis, it is said that this will pull the iron in the
blood to greater pressures and enlarge the penis. "Close, but no
cigar," as they say.
5) Penis Creams - In the same category as Pills and Patches. Be very
careful of smearing anything on your penis, as it will be directly
absorbed into the penile tissues.
6) Weights - Weights have proven to be a worthwhile method of
increasing penis size when used properly. Unfortunately it takes quite
a bit of courage to utilize them, as they are risky.
7) Traction Devices - Many men have had great results with traction
devices and scientific studies have shown that they actually do work.
The problem is that they are cumbersome and need to be utilized for
long lengths of time.
8) Penis Pumps - One of the original devices used to increase penis
size and still popular today. They are definitely useful for helping
create an erection but for a method of penis enlargement, they do have
their limitations. Scientific studies show that if used properly over a
length of time that they can create permanent increases in penis size.
Unfortunately, the increase is very limited.
9) Human Growth Hormone - Some men have had luck when adding HGH to a
natural penis exercise program, as it is believed to amplify the
results. HGH on its own doesn't seem to be very effective.
So what does work?
From personal experience we have found that penis enlargement is
possible utilizing exercise techniques. Some of these techniques are
believed to have been utilized for a thousand years. These exercises
typically utilize the hands to stretch, pull, and squeeze the penis and
surrounding tissues. Through this mechanical manipulation one can
achieve increases in penis size if these exercises are performed
properly.
Again, it is unfortunate that men who are truly sincere about wanting
to increase their size get discouraged when trying products that
promise so much but deliver very little. Try weights, traction devices,
or exercises if you want to see some results.

6 Inches Is 6:1 - How Do You Get a 9:1+ Stroke Ratio?
The
Penile-Vaginal Stroke Ratio is based on the length of your penis and
its relationship to the vagina. So, if your penis is five inches long,
by displacing the vagina upon entry, you are creating a 5:1 stroke
ratio. That is, your penis is "stroking" the displacement in the vagina
five times its normal, resting amount.
With a six inch penis, you have a 6:1 stroke ratio. Seven inches is
7:1. What this means is, that the longer your penis is, upon its
entering the vagina at the introitus (entrance) the more you will
displace the contents of the vaginal interior. The amount that a penis
is able to displace is directly related to her sexual pleasure.
Now, we are told that the main sensory-perspective aspect of the vagina
in regards to "feeling" is estimated, by some, to be in the first third
of the vagina. So, then, how is it that by creating a bigger stroke
ratio, can we be causing increased vaginal stimulation? After all,
don't we just need is to stimulate the first third of the vagina?
No. There are mutable-reactive stretch and deformative nerve receptors
in the vagina, that are even included in its farthest depths. What this
means is that these receptors are "stimulated" by changes in the
physical landscape of the vagina, through deformation (light and deep
pressure receptors) that respond to pressure and through stretch
receptors (also a form of deformation receptor) that respond to the
stretching out of the interior of the vagina.
When these sorts of receptors are "set off" or "triggered," it is felt
by the woman as a sense of being "filled." Not just "filled," but
Sexually Filled. This is usually felt, by her, as a very down-to-earth
form of deeply solid pleasure.
So, the longer your stroke ratio is, the better able you will be to
trigger these deformative receptors and trigger feelings of dense and
solid sexual fulfillment. Penile girth is also an important aspect of
this, but we are discussing penis stroke or penis 'length" in regards
to triggering these receptors.
Now it is easy to see why a three-inch penis is going to have less of
an impact on triggering these vaginal deformation sensors and why a
penis that is nine inches long will have a much bigger impact on
triggering these pleasure-nerve receptors. Much bigger.
This is why "size does matter," for the more a penis can displace the
interior of the vagina will directly be related to her perception of
sexual pleasure. The larger the penis, the larger the displacement, and
the larger the pleasure.
Men who are interested in increasing their stroke ratio have many
options in which to do so through what is termed, "Penis Enlargement."
These forms of enlarging the penis range from penis pills to penile
surgery to penis exercising. Our experience, research, and results has
totally convinced us that the most efficient, rewarding,
cost-effective, and coolest method of increasing a man's stroke ratio
is through penis exercises.

and "worked on" to get increased length results. However, listing all
of these tissues and how they can be targeted would require a book,
rather than a simple article like this. So, we will just cover the most
basic method which is easy for most men to understand.
The penis is an appendage which is attached to the body via a complex
series of ligaments, fascia, muscles, and tissues. If we can discover a
way to "unlock" such tissues, we can allow the penis to extend farther
upon erection from the body. For instance, anchoring ligaments that
restrict the penis in its erective and extended phase can be stretched
out, unlocked, and released to allow greater extensive lengths (of the
penis) to be realized. If you think about it for a moment, you can see
how this is probably done; and it's done through simple exercises that
stretch, unlock, and release such structures. A man simply uses his
hands to accomplish this.
Anatomists believe that at least 30% of the main suspensory ligament of
the penis is still trapped inside the pelvis. So, just by targeting
this ligament, penis exercising is a natural method a man can utilize
to release what was naturally gifted to him by Mother Nature.
Men who are interested in increasing their Stroke Ratio, up to 9:1+,
and who want to have a more visually impressive penis; and one that is
functionally more impressive, from a woman's sexual-pleasure
perspective, are encouraged to utilize penis exercising to reach these
goals.

Graphs for Graphing Out Your
Penis Size Increases for Improved Result Monitoring
One
way of
continuing to remain motivated during your penis enlargement journey is
to learn how to graphically represent your enlargement results.
Utilizing such graphs gives you another point-of-view for seeing how
your enlargement results are coming along and to help you set up goals
for the future and better manage your penile enlargement protocol.
Graphical charts can be created and printed on-line for free from
numerous web-sites that offer this service. If you utilize this method
and print them out, you can easily create a binder to put the graphs
in. A better method, however, if possible, is to purchase some poster
board and create large charts to hang on your wall. This may not be
easy to do if you have a lot of visitors to the room where you have the
charts and aren't very keen on other people seeing your charts.
However, by hanging these charts on the wall, they will be a constant
reminder to you about your penis enlargement goals and how well you are
doing to reach them.
You can make any sort of graph that you like, however, the "Line Graph"
I find to be the most illustrative and helpful. This is simply an X-Y
axis graph that is marked per each measurement reading. You can then
connect the "dots" in the chart with lines and get a nice graphical
representation of what your enlargement results are looking like. By
studying such graphs, you can see patterns in your enlargement program
which can be extremely helpful in adjusting your enlargements routine to
get better results.
Three graphs are recommended:
1) Penis Length - Here the bottom line (Horizontal) should be
delineated every two weeks and the up and down line (Vertical) should
be in increments of 1/4".
2) Penis Girth - Here the bottom line (Horizontal) should be delineated
every two weeks and the up and down line (Vertical) should be in
increments of 1/4".
3) Penis Volume - Here the bottom line (Horizontal) should be
delineated every two weeks and the up and down line (Vertical) should
be in increments of.25 cubic inches.
You can also use metric units if you prefer and utilize other methods
of measurement, such as diameter, percentage increase, and anything
else you desire. I prefer a re-measurement about every two weeks. Some
men prefer to make weekly measurements and some men prefer monthly
measurements. Whatever is most useful for you is the gradation you
should use.
You can also make notes on the bottom of the graphs to notate certain
events that may have applied during a particular time frame or day. For
example, if you were unable to perform your penis exercises for four
days because you had the flu, then you would want to notate this on
your graph to point out how this may have effected your enlargement
results for that two-week period. It's highly helpful to make these
notations as they will give you a better idea as to what events in your
life may have impacted your enlargement results. Even things such as
stress from a new job, starting a new type of exercise, lifestyle
changes, and anything that is out of the ordinary for your typical time
frame should be noted. This will help you also see patterns that may be
having an effect on your enhancement results - for good or bad. Every
small piece of information can be utilized to monitor your progress and
to improve your size figures.
Making such graphs will also allow you to set fantastic goals. For
example, if your penis is five inches long and you want to reach 6.5
inches in two months, then simply put a big red "X" at 6.5 inches on
your chart at the two-month region. By looking at this every day, it
will help you work toward getting that extra one-and-a-half inches. You
can the increase or decrease your exercises to help you reach that
goal. For example, if you notice you are falling behind, then you can
increase your workouts to compensate for your falling behind.
Again, anything one can do to better visualize, monitor, keep track of,
and keep motivation levels up is a great way to ensure that you get the
most out of your penis-enhancement program.

Moby-Dick
(The Whale) was written by Herman Melville and was published in 1851.
It is considered to be one of the great classics of Western literature
and incorporated interesting and creative usage of metaphors,

Gigantic Size - Size does matter, I think we all realize that. Just
think back to when you were at a party with a group of people and a man
of immense size walked into the room. What happened? Everyone stopped a
moment and did a double take. This is because someone of immense

muscles and is believed by the Tantrists to strengthen your kidneys,
too.

received
an interesting and insightful letter from a man who wanted to share his

He explained that he has been married for fifteen years and everything
